Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Fitcoin, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Additional terms or rules may be presented for particular features, promotions, challenges, or reward options. Where applicable, those additional terms form part of the conditions for using that feature.

2. Eligibility

You may use Fitcoin only if you are legally permitted to use the service in your location and are able to enter into the applicable agreement under local law.

Certain features may have additional age, geographic, account, verification, or other eligibility requirements. If a feature displays a specific eligibility condition, you must satisfy it before using that feature.

3. Accounts and Account Security

Where an account is required, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to keep your login credentials reasonably secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.

• Do not create accounts for the purpose of manipulating activity, points, referrals, rewards, or promotions.
• Do not access another person's account without authorization.
• Do not knowingly provide false information to bypass eligibility, security, or verification requirements.
• Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Activity and Movement Tracking

Fitcoin may use activity information made available by your device, operating system, connected service, or permissions you choose to enable. The precise data available can depend on the device, platform, permissions, settings, and Fitcoin feature being used.

Activity measurements are not guaranteed to be perfectly accurate. Device placement, sensor behavior, permissions, operating-system restrictions, connectivity, synchronization, and other technical conditions may affect recorded activity.

You should not manipulate, fabricate, or artificially generate movement or activity data to obtain points, benefits, or access that you would not otherwise receive.

5. FIT Points and Optional Rewards

FIT points are an in-service feature used within the Fitcoin experience. Unless expressly stated in applicable program terms, FIT points are not legal tender, a bank deposit, cryptocurrency, investment, security, or ownership interest.

• FIT points do not represent guaranteed income or a guaranteed cash value.
• Point requirements, earning rules, limits, eligibility conditions, and available reward options may vary.
• Reward availability may depend on region, account status, campaigns, inventory, partners, verification, or other current program conditions.
• A reward shown in general website content is not a promise that the same reward is available to every user.
• Where redemption is offered, review the current reward details and applicable conditions before confirming.

For a plain-language overview of reward features, see our Rewards page.

6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse Fitcoin or interfere with the fair operation, security, or integrity of the service. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Falsifying location, steps, activity, referrals, account information, or other eligibility signals.
• Using bots, scripts, automation, emulators, modified clients, or other methods to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, APIs, infrastructure, or non-public data.
• Exploiting a bug or technical error to obtain points, rewards, or other benefits improperly.
• Interfering with security controls, ad-serving systems, measurement systems, or service availability.
• Using Fitcoin for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.

If you discover a security issue or an unintended way to obtain points or benefits, please report it through our Contact page rather than exploiting it.

7. Advertising

Fitcoin may display advertising on the website or within supported product experiences. Advertising services may be provided by third parties and can involve cookies, device identifiers, consent choices, or similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.

You must not artificially generate ad impressions, clicks, interactions, or other activity, or attempt to interfere with advertising measurement or delivery.

8. Third-Party Services

Fitcoin may rely on or link to third-party services, including analytics, advertising, authentication, device-platform, communication, or reward-related providers. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

We do not control every third-party service, and availability or performance of an external service may affect some Fitcoin features. Review the third party's applicable terms when interacting directly with that service.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or users, investigate suspected abuse or fraud, comply with legal obligations, or respond to a material violation of these Terms.

Where appropriate and permitted, we may review relevant account activity before taking action. The effect of suspension or termination on points, pending rewards, or feature access will depend on the circumstances, applicable program rules, and applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

Fitcoin's branding, original website content, visual design, software, and other protected materials are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holder and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the service for its intended personal or otherwise authorized purpose. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, impersonate, or commercially exploit protected Fitcoin materials without authorization or another lawful basis.

11. Health and Fitness Information

Activity metrics and educational content should not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Individual health needs differ. Seek appropriate professional guidance when you have a medical concern or before making significant changes to physical activity where such guidance is appropriate for you.

Stop an activity and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience symptoms that may require urgent care.

12. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Features may be modified, maintained, tested, limited, or discontinued as the product evolves, subject to applicable law.

Device compatibility, operating-system changes, internet connectivity, third-party services, security measures, or maintenance may affect availability or performance.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fitcoin is provided on an "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fitcoin is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from service interruptions, inaccurate device-generated activity data, third-party service failures, or misuse of the service.

This section must be interpreted subject to mandatory consumer-protection and other applicable laws in the user's jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Fitcoin, legal requirements, or product features change. When these Terms are updated, the "Last updated" date on this page will be revised.

Where additional notice or consent is required by applicable law, we will handle material changes accordingly. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where legally permitted.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are intended to operate subject to applicable law. Any governing-law or jurisdiction provision must not remove mandatory rights that apply to a user under applicable consumer or other laws.
