You should not manipulate, fabricate, or artificially generate movement or activity data to obtain points, benefits, or access that you would not otherwise receive.
5. FIT Points and Optional Rewards
FIT points are an in-service feature used within the Fitcoin experience. Unless expressly stated in applicable program terms, FIT points are not legal tender, a bank deposit, cryptocurrency, investment, security, or ownership interest.
- FIT points do not represent guaranteed income or a guaranteed cash value.
- Point requirements, earning rules, limits, eligibility conditions, and available reward options may vary.
- Reward availability may depend on region, account status, campaigns, inventory, partners, verification, or other current program conditions.
- A reward shown in general website content is not a promise that the same reward is available to every user.
- Where redemption is offered, review the current reward details and applicable conditions before confirming.
Important: Do not rely on Fitcoin or FIT points as a guaranteed source of income. Optional reward features are secondary to the activity and habit experience and may be changed, limited, paused, or discontinued where permitted by applicable law and the relevant program terms.

6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse Fitcoin or interfere with the fair operation, security, or integrity of the service. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Falsifying location, steps, activity, referrals, account information, or other eligibility signals.
- Using bots, scripts, automation, emulators, modified clients, or other methods to obtain an unfair advantage.

- Exploiting a bug or technical error to obtain points, rewards, or other benefits improperly.
- Interfering with security controls, ad-serving systems, measurement systems, or service availability.

7. Advertising
