Delete your Fitcoin account

You can permanently delete your Fitcoin account at any time. Deletion revokes active sessions and removes the account from the live service. This action cannot be undone.

Delete from the mobile app

  1. Open Fit Coin and sign in.
  2. Open Profile → Security.
  3. Choose Delete account permanently.
  4. Type DELETE and confirm.

Delete from the website

Sign in to your Fitcoin account on the website, open your profile, and use the permanent account deletion control in your profile settings.

What deletion means

  • Your active Fitcoin sessions are revoked.
  • Your live account is permanently removed and cannot be restored through normal sign-in.
  • Some limited records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.
